DUTIES

• Assist with month end provisions and deferred tax computations to ensure tax balances are calculated accurately
• Assist with deferred tax reports
• Assist with tax payable and tax receivable reconciliations
• Prepare corporate Federal and State income and franchise tax returns
• Prepare indirect tax returns
• Assist in the preparation of income tax provisions and disclosures in accordance to ASC 740 and the SEC
• Prepare sales and use tax, property tax filings, and premium tax
• Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns
• Assist with various tax reporting
• Generate and analyze financial and tax accounts
• Research various tax issues and prepare memorandas for management

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of Public Accounting experience or 2+ years related Tax experience
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
• CPA Preferred
