Executive Recruiter – Accounting & Finance team

The ideal candidate is familiar with the Jacksonville/N Florida market and has 1-4-years of Big 4 or large regional accounting firm for a recruiter position for Accounting & Finance positions and comfortable filling roles such as: Sr Accountant, Finance Manager, Director of FP&A, Controller, Financial Analyst, Tax or Audit.

Key Responsibilities: • Identifying, screening and interviewing candidates • Reviewing and advising candidates on resume updates • Coaching candidates on in-person, phone or virtual interviews • Checking references • Partnering with Directors/VP of Client Services and other team members to drive growth • Building and maintain relationships with various contacts to expand market presence and generate leads

Qualifications: 1-4-yerars Big 4/Accounting firm experience • Ability to work well both on a team and also as an independent contributor • Strong sense of urgency and at ease working in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem resolution, negotiation and closing skills. • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Fluent in English and strong verbal and written communication skills • Discipline to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM • High attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple time-sensitive deadlines • Strong customer service skills • Experience in sales is a plus Submit resume in confidence to dan.rohan@icxgroup.com.
