AP Supervisor

ICX Group is seeking a AP Manager or a large public company in Daytona. In this fast-paced position, the Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee the Accounts Receivable team, work closely with the Controller, Vice President of Accounting, and Accounting Staff in the timely collection of client payments in support of the success of our organization.

Job Duties:

• Perform corporate month-end closing activities such as preparing and reviewing reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Prepare various reports and conduct ad hoc projects as required
• Assist other accountants in the department as necessary
• Work with internal and external auditors in providing documentation/information
• Propose suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify potential control weaknesses and suggesting solutions to strengthen controls

Job Requirements:

• 5 years Accounting experience 
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
