Our network firms have relationships with pre-qualified candidates seeking opportunities outside of their local markets or willing to work remotely, which allows us to source candidates for our clients’ USA jobs quickly and effectively.
When our client, a well-known sports and entertainment company, engaged us to recruit a Director of Financial Shared Services, we knew this was the type of search to utilize our AAFA network. Within a matter of days, we received approximately twenty pre-qualified national candidates, which we narrowed down to five to present to the client. Utilizing our network, we filled the role and the individual has since been promoted to Vice President Shared Services.
Our client, a large regional design and construction firm, engaged us to recruit a General Manager, we faced candidate non-compete issues in the local market. Knowing this would be an issue, we immediately reached out to our NPA affiliates and were able to present pre-qualified out of town candidates that were willing to relocate to the North Florida market.

This is a tight-knit group, which meets in person every nine months and interacts together daily. Our ICX President is a member of the six person AAFA Executive Committee.
