Where did you start your marketing & communications career?
I interned with Jacksonville’s largest ad agency, but my first job out of college was a writer/producer at a Jacksonville television station. I quickly transitioned back to the agency world where I enjoyed working with clients and creatives!
How did you transition into recruiting?
After meeting with ICX Group leadership about other opportunities, we recognized the need to launch a dedicated division specialized in marketing and creative recruiting. It's been an exciting career change that leverages my passion for meeting people and mentoring new talent.
Advice for advancing a career in marketing & communications?
