Position Summary

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive and/or other assigned staff.
- Manage and maintain CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including booking event space, preparing agendas and following up on action items.
- Prepare presentations, reports and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests; respond or delegate as appropriate.
- Assist with special projects, research, and event planning as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure document organization and accessibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities.
