About the Job
ICX Group is seeking a Brand Manager to join a well-established CPG company based in Jacksonville, FL. This role offers the opportunity to lead brand development initiatives, manage product marketing strategies, and drive innovation within a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment. The Brand Manager will play a key role in positioning the brand for growth through strategic planning, product management, and market execution.

Job Duties:
• Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market presence and achieve business objectives
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including positioning, packaging, pricing, and promotional planning
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Oversee marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring timely and successful execution
• Monitor brand performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and retailers
• Support annual planning and budgeting for brand initiatives

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of brand management or product marketing experience within the CPG industry
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive analysis
• Proven success in managing cross-functional projects and product launches
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferences:
• Experience managing multiple brands or product lines
• MBA or advanced marketing degree preferred
