Job Summary

This position involves developing and executing bespoke estate strategies for a diverse client base, from emerging entrepreneurs to affluent families. The role demands strong technical proficiency, strategic insight, and a client-focused advisory approach within a specialized financial advisory and legal practice.

Job Duties

• Develop and execute various trust agreements.
• Architect Qualified Small Business Stock plans.
• Counsel founders on pre-transaction equity strategies.
• Design sophisticated wealth transfer vehicles.
• Advise on complex estate, gift, GST taxes.
• Establish philanthropic foundations and trusts.

Job Requirements

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Possess an active Florida bar license.
• Five or more years in estate planning.
• Proficiency in complex trust drafting.

Preferences

• Experience with founders and pre-liquidity event businesses.
• Familiarity with QSBS, Section 1202, tax planning.
• Background in multi-generational wealth structures.
• Knowledge of charitable giving vehicles.
