Job Summary

This role involves overseeing tax diligence and structural planning for mergers and acquisitions within a prominent professional services firm. The manager will serve as a primary contact for equity firms and diverse owners while collaborating with external legal and financial advisors to maximize deal value and efficiency.

Job Duties

• Lead tax diligence for diverse corporate acquisitions.
• Advise clients on optimizing transaction tax structures.
• Collaborate with legal teams on purchase agreements.
• Prepare detailed cash flow analyses for transactions.
• Research technical tax issues for deal teams.
• Maintain client relationships through responsive service delivery.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of M&A tax experience.
• Current CPA licensure is highly desired.
• Strong background in federal and state tax law.
