Job Summary

Seeking an entrepreneurial tax professional to manage compliance and strategic planning for private clients within a dynamic, startup-like environment. Job Duties

• Oversee and execute tax compliance for private clients including trusts and high-net-worth individuals
• Develop and communicate tailored tax strategies aligned with client goals
• Collaborate with internal advisors on financial planning and investment considerations
• Participate in client meetings both virtually and in person as needed
• Support the ongoing build-out of the tax department within a broader family office initiative
• Assist in establishing scalable processes as the platform grows

Job Requirements

• 5 to 7 years in public accounting, preferably at a large regional firm
• Strong understanding of private client tax planning and compliance
• Ability to guide clients through complex tax strategies confidently
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with family office structures is a plus but not mandatory
• Active CPA credentials preferred.
