Job Summary

This position oversees all financial accounting functions for a specific manufacturing location. Key responsibilities include managing the complete monthly financial close, performing account reconciliations, analyzing inventory and production variances, generating precise financial reports, and ensuring robust internal controls are in place to uphold data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.

Job Duties

• Manage comprehensive accounting operations and timely financial reporting for the site.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to local leadership for informed decisions.
• Direct the monthly close, including accruals, intercompany, inventory, and account reconciliations.
• Analyze monthly financial performance, focusing on profit & loss and balance sheet variances.
• Oversee fixed asset and lease accounting processes and compliance.
• Coordinate cash flow projections and support tax documentation requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 5+ of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP, cost accounting, and site-specific financial controls.
• Demonstrated leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication abilities.
