Job Summary:

Job Duties:
• Prepare and post journal entries for various accounts
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies efficiently
• Lead month-end closing activities including accruals
• Collaborate on process improvements to boost productivity
• Respond to internal and external audit inquiries
• Assist with special projects and miscellaneous accounting tasks

Job Requirements:
• 5+ years in accounting or auditing roles
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced skills
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS and reconciliation tools like Blackline
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced setting

Preferences:
• CPA designation or eligibility advantageous
• Prior exposure to accounting software and reconciliation tools
