Job Summary

The Project Manager will integrate into the Finance Enterprise Delivery group, tasked with executing a major portfolio of financial system enhancements. This position demands strong communication, analytical insight, and the capacity to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Job Duties

• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure adequate project involvement.
• Formulate comprehensive project delivery plans, outlining key milestones and associated timelines.
• Supervise project execution, ensuring high quality and active risk management.
• Oversee change management processes, diligently validating new requirements.
• Control project expenditures, with a specific focus on capital and operational cost allocations.
• Facilitate engagement across diverse functional teams to achieve critical project objectives.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated background in leading financial transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of fundamental finance processes like Chart of Accounts, general ledger, and period close.
• Proficiency in diverse project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication capabilities.
