Financial Systems Analyst (OneStream)

Our client is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance its recently implemented OneStream platform. This role serves as the bridge between Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology, ensuring the company's financial systems effectively support financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on experience with OneStream and a solid foundation in accounting and finance. This individual will partner with finance leadership to optimize financial processes, improve reporting capabilities, and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the OneStream platform.
• Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and optimization of OneStream applications, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and business leaders to translate financial reporting and planning requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain financial reports, dashboards, cubes, business rules, and data integrations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes by ensuring system integrity and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Participate in future OneStream implementations, upgrades, and new module deployments.
• Improve financial reporting efficiency through automation and process improvements.
• Assist with master data governance, metadata management, security administration, and user access.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices while providing end-user support.
• Collaborate with external implementation partners and software vendors as needed.
• Ensure financial systems maintain appropriate controls and support SOX compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial systems, corporate accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, or financial technology.
• Significant hands-on experience supporting and administering OneStream.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and corporate financial reporting.
• Experience supporting financial consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Experience working in large company environment.
• Knowledge of SEC reporting, financial consolidations, and SOX controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Experience with SQL, data integration tools, or financial reporting platforms is a plus.
• Prior involvement in OneStream implementation projects or major system enhancements.
