Job Summary

Seeking a talented professional for an executive search role within the financial sector. The ideal individual will leverage their background in public accounting and regional market knowledge to identify and place top-tier talent in various financial and accounting leadership positions. This position requires strong client interaction and candidate guidance throughout the hiring process.

Job Duties

• Identifying, screening and interviewing candidates
• Reviewing and advising candidates on resume updates
• Coaching candidates on in-person, phone or virtual interviews, and Checking references
• Partnering with Directors/VP of Client Services and other team members to drive growth
• Building and maintain relationships with various contacts to expand market presence and generate leads

Job Requirements

• 1- 4 years of experience in  Big 4 / Accounting firm.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong sense of urgency and at ease working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strong time-management, organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Discipline to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM

Preferences

• Previous sales or business development experience is beneficial.
• Sales experience
