Job Summary:
A rapidly expanding investment adviser is seeking an experienced Controller to handle all accounting, operational, and regulatory responsibilities. This position ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance adherence, and supports marketing initiatives, contributing to the firm’s robust growth.

Job Duties:
• Oversee general ledger management, reconciliation, and fee calculations
• Lead SEC reporting including Form ADV, Form PF, and other regulatory filings
• Manage investor performance reports and monitor regulatory updates
• Process payroll, vendor payments, and updates to licensing and insurance
• Coordinate with CPA teams on tax filings and audits
• Supervise account setups, asset transfers, and client capital monitoring

Job Requirements:
• Over 5 years of accounting experience within asset management
• Expertise in Quickbooks, Excel, and portfolio management tools
• Strong understanding of SEC regulations and financial standards
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills

Preferences:
• Familiarity with Advent Black Diamond or similar systems
• Knowledge of Fidelity Wealthscape or comparable platforms
• Prior experience in compliance and investor reporting
