Controller

ICX Group is seeking a Controller for a company located in Jacksonville. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the organization, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. This role manages the accounting team, develops internal controls, and partners with leadership to drive financial performance while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and healthcare industry regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial data integrity.
• Maximizes return, and limits risk, on cash by minimizing bank balances; making investments.
• Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
• Manage revenue cycle processes to optimize reimbursement.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, including cost management and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 8+ years relevant experience
• CPA highly preferred
