Chief Financial Officer

ICX Group is recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer position for a large corporation in North East Florida.  This position will help lead the financial initiatives of a corporation that demonstrates strong year over year results.

Job Duties:

• Overall management and supervision of the accounting department
• Overall Management of FP&A
• Oversee financial modeling for market strategy and planning
• Help lead due diligence, M&A initiatives and valuations.
• Mentors staff including providing feedback on projects, establishing annual goals and objectives, and writing performance reviews.
• Closely monitor all treasury functions including forecasting and monitoring cash flow.
• Review and update annual budgets and forecasts

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 15+ years of related accounting/finance experience
• Big 4 experience preferred
• CPA required
