Job Duties

• Oversee comprehensive payroll processes and compliance across states.
• Ensure accurate multi-jurisdictional tax reporting and timely remittances.
• Manage financial oversight of real estate assets, including income and expenses.
• Guide and develop a team of financial professionals, promoting continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Possession of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
• 10+ years of increasing responsibility in finance leadership.
• Deep understanding of multi-state tax regulations and payroll systems.
• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring high-performing finance teams.
