Job Summary

A detail-oriented designer is sought to elevate digital aesthetics for various brands within a fast-paced, cooperative setting. This production-focused role supports the creative execution of marketing and branding initiatives by producing high-impact digital assets. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple teams, ensuring visual content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered promptly.

Job Duties

• Create visual assets for email, website, and promotional campaigns, aligning with brand standards.
• Prepare and optimize digital materials, ensuring they meet specific platform requirements.
• Prioritize and complete time-sensitive creative requests while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, merchandising, and social teams for timely delivery.
• Manage and organize creative files and digital asset libraries for consistent access.
• Review designs for accuracy, quality, and brand adherence before final distribution.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years in graphic, marketing, or digital design, preferably in e-commerce or home decor.
• Must be able to work in macOS.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and collaborative tools.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
