Job Summary:
Seeking an energetic accounting professional to oversee financial operations. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for nationwide events, with occasional international travel. Collaborate closely with executive leadership and support process enhancements to streamline financial practices.

Job Duties:
• Manage all financial activities related to live events across multiple locations
• Develop, update, and review show-specific profit and loss statements
• Accurately allocate expenses to relevant shows and periods
• Coordinate with event teams and external agencies on compliance and tax credits
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing procedures
• Lead system optimization efforts within ERP platform for reporting accuracy

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting, analysis, or finance roles
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial statements confidently
• Strong ERP skills, preferably with NetSuite experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with financial tools or reporting software
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving mindset
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferences:
• Background in live events, sports, or entertainment industries preferred
• Public accounting experience, CPA or CMA designations, or certifications like NetSuite highly desirable
