Job Summary:
A prominent organization within the non-profit sector seeks a meticulous Accounting Manager to uphold financial accuracy and support operational efficiency. This role involves managing core accounting functions, ensuring compliance, and facilitating internal and external audits while contributing to strategic financial planning.

Job Duties:
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements for internal review and external reporting
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements regularly
• Support departmental budgeting and financial analysis activities
• Coordinate audit processes and compile documentation for external reviews
• Manage accounts payable and receivable with precision and efficiency
• Maintain detailed procedure guides for accounting procedures and workflows

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum three years of relevant accounting experience in complex environments
• Proficiency in financial statement preparation and reconciliations
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP principles
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is required
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Familiarity with platforms like Ramp or iMIS
