Job Summary

This senior leadership position within a prominent financial technology (fintech) firm involves overseeing all marketing operations. You'll be directly accountable for pipeline generation, conversion, and measurable revenue growth. 

This role is structured for a dynamic leader who excels at both strategic planning and hands-on execution, a "player-coach". You will manage a dedicated marketing team and external vendor partnerships. Job Duties

  • Direct demand generation initiatives for pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, with direct responsibility for pipeline creation, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and marketing ROI.
  • Utilize advanced AI tools for enhanced market discovery and brand visibility.
  • Develop and implement strategies targeting specific customer segments.
  • Manage public relations activities and thought leadership content.
  • Optimize marketing funnels through CRM platforms for lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales and executive leadership on strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing leadership expertise
  • Industry experience in FinTech or SaaS.
  • ABM Strategy experience
  • Proven history of successful demand generation and revenue acceleration.
  • Strong background in embedded finance and international payment solutions.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and vendor oversight.

Preferences

  • Experience with niche industry events for lead acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring marketing performance (ROI, CAC).
  • Experience utilizing Hubspot for scoring MQLs and automation.
