Responsibilities

• Drive operational improvements in a live environment
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
• Establish KPIs, structure, and accountability across operations
• Oversee cross-border payments, FX, and multi-rail systems (ACH, wires, push-to-card, wallets)
• Partner with banks, processors, and vendors to improve performance and reliability
• Optimize onboarding, transaction flows, and support operations
• Build dashboards, reporting, and data-driven insights
• Implement automation and process improvements (including AI)
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring SLA adherence and issue resolution

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
• Experience with cross-border payments, FX, and multi-rail environments
• Background working with banks, processors, and payment networks
• Execution-focused with a builder/operator mindset
• Strong problem-solving and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/operations systems
• Data-driven approach to performance improvement
• Comfortable working across systems, workflows, and reporting structures
