Job Duties:
- Assist with the US federal income tax aspects of ASC 740 reporting
- Prepare information and provide support for US federal income tax filings prepared by external service providers, including providing supporting computations.
- Provide support, as requested, in connection with M&A activity, including tax due diligence, structuring, and post-acquisition integration.
- Monitor tax legislative updates and assist in evaluating the impact to the Company, including effect on the Company’s current and deferred tax position.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years experience REQUIRED
- ASC740 experience REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
- CPA preferred
- One Source Tax Provision preferred
