Job Summary

Oversee tax accounting and compliance functions, preparing critical financial disclosures and tax returns. This position involves detailed analysis of tax rates, deferred balances, and cash flow impacts, requiring close collaboration with various finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and support strategic reorganizations.

Job Duties

• Prepare monthly and semi-annual tax provisions and accounting disclosures.
• Complete federal tax returns (e.g., 1120, 1065) for diverse entities.
• Assist in analysis of effective tax rates and deferred tax balances.
• Evaluate cash flow implications of tax positions and changes.
• Assess impact of new or modified tax regulations.
• Collaborate with finance, treasury, and advisory groups on compliance.
