Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions across Salesforce multi-cloud environments. This is a hands-on architecture role with strategic visibility and leadership responsibilities.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and technical lead—connecting business goals to scalable, integrated Salesforce solutions, while also mentoring teammates and actively participating in delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture and technical design for Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Cloud implementations. (his is not just an administration knowledge-based role)
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for projects—guiding discovery, architecture, and delivery with business stakeholders.
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to developers and admins.
  • Own solution documentation, integrations, performance tuning, and system optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with Salesforce platform implementation and customization.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, application architecture, or enterprise software design.
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and multi-cloud implementations.
  • Must hold one of the following certifications:

? Salesforce Application Architect or

? Salesforce Integration Architect

  • Proven ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, mentorship, and leadership skills.
  • Must live in or near one of the specified U.S. cities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Nonprofit Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities), or Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Flosum, Snowflake, SQL, Java, C#, C++, .NET or DevOps tools.
  • Background in application performance tuning and scalable architecture design.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (System Architect, Technical Architect).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

For Colorado Applicants: The estimated hiring range for this position is between $103,448 - $129,360 annual base salary, subject to a candidate’s combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive.

For San Diego or Sacramento, California and Washington State Applicants: The estimated hiring range for this position is between $113,344 - $141,680 annual base salary, subject to a candidate’s combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive.

For Los Angeles, California or Washington, D.C. Applicants: The estimated hiring range for this position is between $118,272 - $147,840 annual base salary, subject to a candidate’s combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive.

For New York Applicants: The estimated hiring range for this position is between $123,200 - $154,000 annual base salary, subject to a candidate’s combination of experience, qualifications, and credentials. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance incentive.
