  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain budget forecast information related to customer rebates and other sales-related expenses.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to capture new customers within financial Account Trackers and communicate program attainment to management.
  • Produce Account Adjustment Forms based on customer contracts and maintain annual updates and budget changes.
  • Inform Management of changes to customer contracts to ensure appropriate recognition of customer rebate expenses.
  • Monitor and record deductions taken by customers, validate backup information, and manage the Open Deduction database.
  • Manage Trade Promotion Allowance (TPA) Accrual processing, including creating annual forms, payment tracking, and monthly and quarterly reviews with Sales and Finance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual customer program incentive reports.
  • Reconcile regional sales department budget spending on a monthly basis.
  • Support initiatives leveraging technology to promote process change and increase efficiency.
  • Manage Display Budget Analysis, including ongoing maintenance with Purchasing and Finance departments.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as needed.
  • Provide assistance and backup for projects supporting sales initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s degree plus up to seven years of sales accounting experience in a fast-paced sales environment. Accounting degree preferred.
  • Excellent mathematical ability and advanced knowledge of Excel, with strong proofreading skills.
  • Strong quantitative, accounting, and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and PowerPoint.
  • Effective and tactful communication skills.
  • Highly organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
