Job Duties

Develop and maintain financial models and proformas to support planning and investment analysis.

Track actual performance versus projections and prepare monthly variance reports.

Prepare and update cash flow projections for individual communities and the overall company.

Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to measure the impact of market, cost, and financing changes.

Collaborate with acquisitions, construction, and sales teams to align financial models with operational execution.

Prepare investment memos, lender packages, and executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Create and maintain budget variance reports, profitability analyses, and quarterly investor updates.

Develop investor presentations highlighting financial performance, key metrics, and project milestones.

Compile community-level reports, including days on market, profitability per home, and warranty analysis.

Support month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.

4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, real estate, or investment analysis.

Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.

Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in real estate development, construction, or private equity is preferred.
