Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain financial models and proformas to support planning and investment analysis.

  • Track actual performance versus projections and prepare monthly variance reports.

  • Prepare and update cash flow projections for individual communities and the overall company.

  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to measure the impact of market, cost, and financing changes.

  • Collaborate with acquisitions, construction, and sales teams to align financial models with operational execution.

  • Prepare investment memos, lender packages, and executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain budget variance reports, profitability analyses, and quarterly investor updates.

  • Develop investor presentations highlighting financial performance, key metrics, and project milestones.

  • Compile community-level reports, including days on market, profitability per home, and warranty analysis.

  • Support month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles to ensure accuracy and timeliness.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.

  • 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, real estate, or investment analysis.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.

  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in real estate development, construction, or private equity is preferred.
