Senior Accountant – SEC Reporting

ICX Group is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant who will be responsible for assisting with the financial statement preparation, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file quarterly and annual SEC reports and other required regulatory filings in compliance with SEC regulations.
• Ensure financial statements and disclosures are in accordance with GAAP and SEC guidelines.
• Monitor and implement new accounting standards and SEC regulations that affect financial reporting.
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
• Aid in the continuous process improvement of systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain and improve internal controls over financial reporting processes.
• Assist in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or related discipline required.
• 3+ years of Accounting experience.
• CPA certification or candidate must be in active pursuit of licensure.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.
