Amazon Sales Account Manager – CPG

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to lead and grow our Amazon direct business within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) space. This role is responsible for executing strategic plans to drive profitable sales, expand distribution, and optimize marketing performance on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage annual planning and day-to-day operations for Amazon accounts.

  • Build and maintain relationships with Amazon Vendor, AVS, and Advertising teams.

  • Develop pricing strategies, promotional plans, and product assortments that support growth and profitability.

  • Collaborate with third-party partners to optimize advertising campaigns, improve content, and increase visibility.

  • Analyze sales performance, report on ROI, and present strategic business reviews.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Service to align goals and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with up to 7 years of experience in the CPG industry.

  • Minimum 3 years managing Amazon accounts and ad campaigns.

  • Proficient in Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central, with strong Excel and communication skills. (1P experience preferred)

  • Highly organized, data-driven, and collaborative.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday 8am to 4pm.
Preference given to candidates in or near Jacksonville, FL (onsite); remote possible for highly qualified candidates outside daily commuting distance.
