ICX Group is seeking a Real Estate Accounting Manager for a fast growing company headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida with operations throughout the state.

- Will support the Real Estate activities and be responsible for the preparation of forecast, budgets, and other financial performance.
- Work with project managers to prepare forecasts of project spending as needed for quarterly forecasts, budget, and long-range plan and ad hoc analysis/reporting.
- Track and reconcile spending for real estate project expenditures to plan and analyze differences.
- Work with other finance and accounting departments to ensure the timely closing and accurate reporting of assigned Real Estate areas each month.
- Real Estate Development accounting experience REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
- CPA preferred
- 6+ years experience in accounting, financial analysis, and real estate
