ICX Group is seeking an Order Management Specialist to facilitate the smooth shipment of goods to retail outlets, distribution centers, and consumers. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll serve as a liaison between customer service and warehouse personnel, ensuring efficient order processing and handling shipping documentation.

Job Duties:

Act as a liaison between customer service and warehouse personnel to efficiently release and assign orders to be processed and shipped per customer requirements.
Monitors the status of customer orders, to include tracking shipments through verified delivery.
Aid in shipping and handle all documentation related to shipping activities, to include, but not limited to, domestic shipments and imports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
Proficient personal computer skills.
Excels in time management, multi-tasking and balancing multiple requests at one time.
Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require; rotate to other department functions as needed.
Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, & ability to work effectively with tight timelines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across functions.
