Job Duties

  • Coordinate and distribute media specifications to creative groups.
  • Manage the submission and upload of finalized creative materials.
  • Revise project timelines and budget estimates as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery of advertising content.
  • Keep comprehensive logs of media placements and modifications.
  • Reconcile monthly media billing and resolve any inconsistencies.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Excel).
  • Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Driven, with a focus on details and achieving results.

Preferences

  • Previous professional experience (1-3 years) in media planning or purchasing.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific media platforms and tools like, The Trade Desk, Strata, Innovid, or eSilentPartner
