Full-service advertising agency in Jacksonville, FL seeks a highly motivated, resourceful, problem solver that is eager to stand on the front lines of today’s most contentious advertising & marketing campaigns. This is an entry-level role.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Media Coordinator, who is an enthusiastic team player, lover of data, and ready to tackle any campaign, big or small. The Media Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of advertising campaigns, working with the account team to plan, present, and execute a strategy. They can easily turn data into a campaign narrative, guiding their colleagues and clients throughout the marketing process.
The Media Coordinator works alongside the Media Director to produce comprehensive advertising plans and compiles thoughtful post-campaign reports. This candidate is a person who is an analytical thinker, who enjoys finding (or creating) the puzzle piece to complete the picture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with Leadership, Media, Digital, and Creative to formulate ad plans, memos, and ad reports.
  • Directly build and manage effective, measurable, and successful ad campaigns.
  • Communicate ad performance to clients and account teams effectively, translating the campaign into actionable insights.

DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES:
  • Assist with developing advertising plans that clearly outline budget allocation, channel utilization, selected markets, target audiences, and other ad variables.
  • Contribute to campaign strategy development and inform how advertising integrates with other account deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance and communicate recommendations across the leadership, accounts, and client teams.
  • Compile mid-flight and post-campaign ad reports that capture key data points and tell a compelling narrative.
  • Build, maintain, and value the importance of strong vendor relationships to ensure Client has access to the latest and greatest service offerings across the industry.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Execute high-quality work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment, as well as independently and exercise sound professional judgment.
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, or other data/dashboard software.
  • Experience with some or all of the following: Social Media Strategy, Print/Direct Mail Strategy, Digital Strategy, etc.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1- 2 years of relevant work or education experience required.
  • Agency experience is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable presenting and speaking to others at various levels of hierarchy.

  • Hybrid work model – 4 onsite | 1 remote (on Friday) | Jacksonville, FL.
