Job Summary
Our client, a full-service ad agency based in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a current or rising mid-senior professional with a passion for driving impactful media campaigns. To be successful in this role, you consider yourself a talented individual, capable of leading the paid media initiatives across diverse channels. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead Media Strategy: Drive paid media excellence by serving as a leading voice for print, digital, broadcast, mobile, out of home, social, and other content marketing channels.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Collaborate with integrated teams and clients to understand objectives and deliver strategic media recommendations aligned with business goals.
  • Craft Comprehensive Media Plans: Develop strategic media plans, conducting market research, analyzing mediums, aligning with audiences, defining metrics, and evaluating costs.
  • Research & Negotiation: Conduct research duties, including competitive analysis, media partner evaluation, cost analysis, and negotiate contracts.
  • Campaign Management: Create proposals, flow charts, media authorizations, insertion orders, and reports, overseeing campaign performance.
  • Monitor & Report: Gather and monitor campaign results, prepare internal and external reports, and conduct financial analysis.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with media partners, vendors, and research firms.
  • Stay Current: Stay updated on media trends, industry insights, and emerging technologies.
  • Ethical Adherence: Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate efficiently and proactively with clients, delivering excellent service.
  • Value Addition: Continually seek ways to enhance client-agency relationships and add value.
  • Workflow Management: Understand agency dynamics, services, and workflow processes for optimal results.
What You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience spanning core media realms, including digital, broadcast, print, outdoor, and more.
  • Experience with key and various metrics such as: reach, impressions, CPM, CPP, GRP, circulation, etc.
  • Strategic Media Plan development
  • Excellent research skills to gather information and insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software.
     
Bonus If You Have:
Any of the following: Prior experience in an ad agency is preferred but not mandatory.

Sedentary work with sitting majority of the day. Repetitive motion with data entry on a computer monitor.
