Job Description

  • Seeking an innovative, tech savvy leader of data-driven strategies and overseeing data integration in technology platforms.
  • To excel in this role, you will have a background in analytics and statistics, experience in supervising market research, mobile and desktop app integrations, and model and persona development.

    Job Duties

    • Lead a team of three (3) analysts and specialists to extract and interpret raw data to derive valuable insights, develop and implement analytics solutions, track key performance metrics to improve business performance, create dashboards, and report on key metrics.

    • Oversee development of A/B tests designed to improve and optimize conversion rates across a variety of channels such as paid and organic search, display advertising, email, direct mail, and web properties.

    • Use appropriate strategies and tactics, (ex. data and statistical analysis, testing, and modeling) to provide strategic recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts including tactics to maximize ROI.

    • Leverage organizational market, brand, and partner research and strategic analytics and insights activity to guide marketing and engagement decisions and recommend new opportunities.

    • Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects that will move strategy forward, inform decisions, and lead to optimal outcomes.

    • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders on special assignments, including GA4 transition, Salesforce Marketing Cloud enhancements, website, annual surveys and reports, performance data and UA projects.

    • Other duties as assigned.

      Experience & Skills

    • Demonstrated functional expertise in a broad array of data and marketing subjects, including database marketing, market research, email marketing, social media/content marketing, analytics tools, data visualization, and business intelligence.

    • Demonstrated understanding of marketing analysis concepts, KPIs, ROI, conversion, optimization, modeling, analytics and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research.

    • Strong project management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and effectively execute multiple projects with dynamic priorities and timelines.

    • Experience using or administering email, marketing automation and reporting, and data visualization tools, e.g., CRM, Tableau, CliqView, PowerBI.

    • Strong understanding and ability to uncover actionable insights from analytics platforms, including Google Analytics.

    • Demonstrated understanding and proficiency using custom and syndicated measurement tools and brand and communications assessment methodologies.



    • Five years of first-hand experience establishing and using marketing data analytics.

    • Five years of experience working with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

    • Five years of relevant analytics and insight experience in an advertising or marketing setting.

    • Three years of staff management experience, e.g., directly managing analytics professionals.

    • Three years of experience in consumer-based research including fieldwork and survey design.

    • Three years of experience planning, developing, and optimizing an initial data analytics process and plan.



    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
      Equivalent combination of education, experience, training, or certification may be considered in lieu of degree.

    • Master of Business Administration degree, or an analysis-related post-graduate degree. (preferred)

  • Hybrid Work Environment (3 in 2 remote)
  • Open to individuals in Jacksonville (FL), Tampa (FL), or Atlanta (GA)
  • General office environment; temperature controlled.
  • Sitting for extended periods.
  • Up to 25% travel.
