As the HR Coordinator you serve as the liaison to the management teams and employees for several of our dealerships. This position offers a range of responsibilities to enhance professional growth and skill development.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- General HR support, in partnership with store operations and HR team and Accounting/Payroll team
- Work with managers to coordinate recruiting & onboarding process for company in the most cost effective and strategic manner.
- Review new hire paperwork to ensure it is complete and uploaded and profiles created in ADP and other support systems for payroll requirements.
- Serve as the liaison for assigned stores to provide support needed for employee benefits and coordinate the annual open enrollment process.
- Work with HR Manager to ensure company compliance with all federal, state and local employment regulations.
- Maintain employee records in all systems
- Perform timely and accurate entries of employee data, status change requests and routine audits
- Ensure policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibility
- Reconcile monthly benefits invoices
- Perform audit and compliance functions as requested
- Process workers compensation claims and monitor claims progress
- Provide assistance as needed to ensure timely completion for EEO-1, 1095C, WOTC etc. Forms/reports
- Assist with annual enrollment process, benefits communication, and relationships with external vendors
- Counsel employees on benefits, benefit repayment plans, leave related issues and company policies
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources
- Participates in HR projects as requested
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or 2-3 years of human resources experience
- Experience working in ADP Workforce Now a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong integrity to handle confidential information and situations
- Adaptable and able to problem-solving in a fast-growing company
- Strong organizational skills and comfortable multi-tasking
- Team-oriented professional with positive attitude
- Attention to detail and deadlines with the ability to multitask
