Job Duties

• Support fund accounting operations by booking dividends, expenses, and revenue breaks for both master and standalone feeder funds.
• Assist in budget creation and roll-forward processes, posting accruals, and reconciling balances to the trial balance.
• Review and reconcile NAV to ending capital and P&L to ensure accuracy and resolve any breaks or discrepancies.
• Run GL and P&L reports to cross-reference against equity synthetic reports for equity swap postings in Geneva, matching and posting reinvested dividends from prime brokers.
• Analyze allocations to verify investor returns, complete GoCheck tasks, and collaborate with investor relations to automate investor statements and monitor capital activity.
• Contribute to system enhancements and process efficiencies to support seamless fund administration.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of fund accounting or related experience, preferably within hedge funds or private equity funds.
• Strong understanding of NAV calculations, allocations, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Experience working with fund accounting systems such as Geneva or similar platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, and financial modeling).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
