Responsibilities

  • Lead daily accounting processes, covering accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports and oversee month-end close activities
  • Reconcile bank statements, balance sheet accounts, and schedules
  • Arrange and secure financing for customer vehicle purchases
  • Complete all lending documents and contracts with precision
  • Collaborate with lenders to obtain approvals, favorable rates, and funding

  • Track cash flow, budgets, and overall dealership financial performance
  • Implement and uphold strong internal controls and office processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, partners, and customers
  • Optimize each deal for profitability while delivering excellent service

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive finance or dealership operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in structuring vehicle financing deals and managing bank contracts
  • Knowledge of title processing and dealership transaction workflows
  • Familiarity with lending practices and regulatory compliance
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Experience with dealership management software preferred (Dealertrack a plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
