Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support online sales channels through advanced data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations. This role involves synthesizing complex ecommerce data into actionable insights to optimize sales performance and inventory planning, primarily focusing on Amazon and Walmart platforms.

Job Duties:
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and performance reports for Amazon and Walmart.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Analyze promotional initiatives to improve future campaigns and profitability.
• Manage item setup, ensure pricing accuracy, and update catalog information.
• Provide forecasts aligning with buying trends and sales patterns.
• Support ad hoc requests and assist with digital content and new item onboarding.

Job Requirements:
• Strong expertise in Excel including lookup functions, pivot tables, and data extraction.
• Proven ability to interpret data into strategic suggestions.
• Knowledge of ecommerce shipping and forecasting processes.
• Independent, accurate, and highly organized work style.
• 2-5 years in analysis, retail, or logistics roles.

Preferences:
• Experience with Amazon sales data (either 1P or 3P) highly preferred.
• Prior work with ecommerce platforms and sales analytics.
• Familiarity with digital product content management.
• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
