Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

ICX Group is recruiting for a Director of FP&A for a great organization located in Jacksonville, FL. Our client is looking for a candidate who will bring a wealth of expertise in finance that can help the Company meet their financial performance. THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE located in Jacksonville, FL.

Job Duties:

• Lead the consolidation and preparation of annual forecasts, budget, and long-range plans.
• Lead the preparation and execution of Monthly Finance Operating reviews with executive Leadership.
• Prepare multiple formats of financial statements for both internal and external audiences
• Prepare financial presentations for executive leadership
• Research and analyze industry benchmarks
• Maintain current financial reports and support ad hoc requests as necessary

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (MBA or CFA designation strongly preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive Finance / Accounting experience
• Must have Extensive experience with Adaptive/Workday
