Role and Responsibilities

Oversee internal and external financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Serve as a technical accounting resource and maintain GAAP and SOX compliance.

Lead and develop the accounting team, including training and workflow optimization.

Manage ERP system accounting functions and process improvements.

Coordinate audits, tax filings, and relationships with external auditors and advisors.

Monitor balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transfers, cash flow, and internal controls.

Provide financial analysis for capital investments, pricing, and strategic decisions.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MBA preferred.

7+ years of accounting and finance experience; CPA or CMA required.

Experience in external reporting, public accounting (Big Four preferred), or private equity-backed/ manufacturing organizations a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
