Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee internal and external financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Serve as a technical accounting resource and maintain GAAP and SOX compliance.

  • Lead and develop the accounting team, including training and workflow optimization.

  • Manage ERP system accounting functions and process improvements.

  • Coordinate audits, tax filings, and relationships with external auditors and advisors.

  • Monitor balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transfers, cash flow, and internal controls.

  • Provide financial analysis for capital investments, pricing, and strategic decisions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of accounting and finance experience; CPA or CMA required.

  • Experience in external reporting, public accounting (Big Four preferred), or private equity-backed/ manufacturing organizations a plus.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
