ICX Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a creative and fast-growing advertising agency in Jacksonville, FL. This role is ideal for a digital marketing professional passionate about building data-driven campaigns that drive measurable results for clients. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across paid media, email, social, and web platforms.

Job Duties:
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and website performance
• Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging and campaign assets
• Track and analyze campaign metrics, providing performance insights and optimization recommendations
• Assist in developing digital strategies that align with client goals and budgets
• Stay current on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset

Preferences:
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
• Experience managing digital ad budgets and client reporting
