Primary Function:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with an assigned customer and/or group of customers to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and the company.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with an assigned customer and/or group of customers to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, and oversees the day-to-day account activities, including order processing, shipping, and other inquiries.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining complete account notes.
- Facilitate, develop, and implement order processes and procedures to streamline and meet customer requirements.
- Work closely with the Shipping and Compliance departments to ensure orders are processed as outlined by customer requirements and established timelines.
- Anticipate and facilitate problem resolution with any shipments at risk of not meeting customer requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Possesses a full understanding of the order process from receipt to order shipment.
- Ability to work independently to drive results.
- Ability to communicate efficiently – verbally, in print, and on the phone.
- Exceptional customer service skills, highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
