ICX Group seeking a brand manager forĀ a leading Global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company as a Brand Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of marketing, from brand planning to execution, for both existing product lines and new product launches. We're seeking a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for driving consumer engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Brand Management:

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of assigned brands through brand planning, product innovation, consumer insights, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand consumer insights, market analysis, and product positioning.

Integrated Marketing Execution:

  • Lead the development and execution of annual consumer marketing media plans, including TV, digital, social, and print advertising.
  • Fully integrate online, social media, and public relations initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage advertising budget allocation to ensure optimal ROI and adherence to brand guidelines.

Agency Management and Collaboration:

  • Liaise with the Advertising Agency of Record to ensure effective communication, adherence to brand guidelines, and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Lead the development of brand-specific social media initiatives and public relations campaigns.

New Product Launch Support:

  • Participate in strategic planning and execution of new product launch messaging and media.
  • Partner with Product Management to ensure alignment of key messages across brand briefs and product copy.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for outside sponsorships, contracts, and partner organizations.
  • Maintain strong communication channels with cross-functional teams and external vendors/agencies.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain brand-level documentation for messaging and advertising claims.
  • Partner with marketing research to analyze consumer marketing media/promotional activities and share insights with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in consumer products.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing and PR initiatives tied to growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and project management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant software.
