Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction:

  • Conceptualize and develop creative strategies and campaign ideas for national broadcast television clients.
  • Lead the creative team in the execution of campaigns across various platforms, including TV, digital, social, and experiential.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Present and pitch creative concepts and campaigns to clients with confidence and enthusiasm.

Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee the production process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with account management, media planning, and production teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive results.
  • Provide guidance and direction to designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to bring campaigns to life.

Client Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Actively listen to client feedback and incorporate it into creative revisions and improvements.
  • Present creative work and campaign results to clients in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner.

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and develop junior creative team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative role at an advertising agency, with a focus on broadcast television campaigns.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful 360 campaigns for national consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong creative portfolio showcasing originality, strategic thinking, and innovative ideas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design and production tools.
